My battery cover will not open? What is best way to slide it or open the cover to install batteries?

Hello mfowler809,

Thanks for reaching out. You might feel it's hard to remove the battery cover — this design is intentional. However, if you can't remove the cover when you slide it forcefully, try the following steps below:

Stick one end of a cellophane tape to the bottom of the back of the Chromecast Voice Remote. Use the other end of the cellophane tape as a pull tab.
Pull the end of the cellophane tape as you press the circular dented surface firmly.
