Google TV stuck boot looping

My google tv is stuck in boot loop. I have tried a different HDMI port, different TV, different power cable and brick. Nothing is fixing it, and it won't stay on long enough to factory reset. The white light turns solid orange.

Try to make use of Chromecast with Google TV button on the back.

Thanks, I have tried that and it does nothing. I have watched some clips on how it should work and mine doesn't do anything
