I would like to know if this device (chromecast w/google tv) can perfectly in speaker group.

And also if different smart speaker such as harman kardon citation can work in speaker group too.

Chromecast with Google tv can't be part of a speaker group yet. Not sure about the other speaker tbh , I know my Vizio soundbar can join a group , so as long as yours has Chromecast built in it should be possible.
