Can't do a factory reset with chromecast with Google TV.

When the device is turned on, it stops at the Google logo and remains in this state. I tried to do a factory reset by pressing the back button, but the device does not respond and remains in its status as it is without change.

Unplug fully, plug back in, hold the button(15 seconds or more sometimes) until the led flashes, indicating it is factory resetting.

I did that but unfortunately the situation didn't change and the device stayed frozen

HanyShawky and suegeaux, I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Chromecast devices. Could you please reboot your Wi-Fi router and plug in the Chromecast on a different TV screen, then try to perform another factory reset?
