The last update loaded but after the reboot there was an error displayed and the Chromecast recovered the old firmware.

Hello HJK1,

I'm sorry that you were having an issue updating your Chromecast. I know how frustrating that can be. I do have a couple of questions to make sure I can better understand the situation.

When trying to update, do you get an error message on the screen?
Is the update stuck at a certain percentage?
Have you attempted to reboot your Chromecast?

Give us an update when you can.
