Time zone issues

We are having trouble with the time zone or location without Google Chrome cast it’s showing Sydney times and Sidney shows when watching channel 97 or 10 and we want to be able to see the Brisbane shows not Sydney shows can you tell me what to do and how to fix it

Change Time Zone and Time Format

Open the Google Home app.
Tap and select your Chromecast device from the list of available devices.
Click the Gear icon on the top-right corner to access Device settings.
Scroll down to the Time section of Device settings.
Tap Time Zone and select the new time zone of your choice.
