Chromecast w/ Google TV 4K Won't Recognize Available Software Update

I have a Chromecast w/Google TV 4k on an old Sony TV barely does 1080p. The chromecast/tv is in the Den, wasn't used for 2 months, recently i went in and checked the software, it was still running the July 2022 software update. So i manually had it check for available software update, but it finds no updates. I have factory reset it, still no update, used my phone hotspot as the network thinking something was wrong with my network, still it will not see an available update. i have 2 other Chromecasts w/Google TV 4k's on other Tv's and they are on the Oct 2022 software update.

Thanks for following up, but looks like the Chromecast 4k updated in the last 48hrs, i went to get the software info to reply but it's now running the Oct 2022 update.
