Cannot change input using Chromecast remote

On my Hisense U7G (Malaysia), i can only go to the input menu, but cannot select anything on the input menu. Need a solution for this.

Hi there,

When using a device outside of a country where it is officially sold can result in not all features and services being available.

While Google have added lots of popular TV brands to the list that can be controlled by the Chromecast with Google TV remote unfortunately not every device is available.
