Chromecast gen 1

I'm streaming the BT Sport app from my android phone to a Chromecast stick (gen1). Picture is perfect, as is sound quality, however the sound is approximately 2 seconds ahead of the video, how can I rectify this?

Hi Leroy72,

Thanks for reaching out. What is the make and model of your router? Please reboot your router and Chromecast device. Also, make sure you have the latest BT Sport app. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the BT Sport app and factory reset your Chromecast.
