Chromecast Ultra won't setup

I have new wifi so I was trying to get my Chromecast ultra set to the new wifi. I removed it from my Home app and did a factory reset.

Now when I go into home and add a device it won't detect the Chromecast. I don't see the Chromecast wifi in the list of available wifi networks and the Home app keeps asking what kind of device I am trying to setup. I have closed the Home app and done some more factory resets of the Chromecast and nothing is working.

Thanks for reaching out and for doing some steps beforehand — I appreciate it! To cover all the bases, please manually connect to the Chromecast SSID. Here's how: go to the phone settings > Open Wi-Fi and connect to the Chromecast SSID (Example: Chromecast1234, Living Room TV, Bedroom TV, etc.) > Go to the Google Home app and try to set it up again.
