Chromecast wont start

Hi,

I did everything , reset the chromecast, able to set a device with google home when i start a movie with netflix or google chrome , It try to mirror and fail. After the tv return at the image show in the begining.

I need help

I'm sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Chromecast issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
What type of Android phone are you using?
Are you able to cast from another device, such as a computer or tablet?
