hromecast remote volume button not working

Hi, i have been using the Chromecast from past few months but all of a sudden the volume button of Chromecast remote stopped working,i tried troubleshooting with resetting the remote , also changed to auto volume mode , as well as Chromecast option for volume from the setting, but none of them works.

All other button is working fine,only the volume buttons are not functioning, please help me resolve the issue

Hello akash2909,

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. If resetting the Voice Remote doesn't fix the issue, please factory reset your Chromecast with Google TV (4K or HD), then test again. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.
