Hi Guys,

I hope you all have a good day! So I have a problem. I want to connect my JBL LIVE660NC to my chromecast with Google tv but it said many times that it can pair.

I hope that you can help me with this!

Hi Esmee17Esmee,

Thanks for reaching out. What type of Chromecast with Google TV do you have, is it the 4K or HD model? Please try the steps listed below and let me know how it goes:

Turn off your Bluetooth device and then turn it back on. After you reboot your device, try to pair it again.
If you have multiple devices paired with your Chromecast with Google TV, disconnect the ones you're not using.
Unplug your TV for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. When your TV is on, try to pair it again.
Check if your Bluetooth device connects to other devices, such as a phone or tablet.
1. If your device connects to other devices, reset your Chromecast with Google TV device to factory settings. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.
2. If your device doesn't connect to other devices, check that your Bluetooth device has up-to-date software or get help from the device's manufacturer.

I have Google TV model HD and my headphone doesn't want to connect with Google TV. And I still need help. Your advice to set it to factory settings has no succes.

Got it. Could you try to connect a different Bluetooth device if one is available so we can isolate the issue? Also, please reach out to JBL support to check the compatibility of the device and seek for additional help.
