My remote control gets real hot, its barely used. I tried everything, also factory reset de chromecast but now i'm not able to connect the chromecast. Unfortunatly i havent got an invoice anymore. Has someone a solution?

Hi Onkie,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. What's the LED status on your Voice Remote? Could you please replace all batteries at the same time and observe its behavior? Note: don’t mix old and new batteries and don’t use lithium-ion or any other batteries with rated voltage above 1.5 V.
