Prime Video not playing through Chromecast with Google TV. It just loads then displays an error. However, prime video works when casting from phone.

There are a few possible explanations for why this might be happening, depending on what the error message says. Would you be able to tell me what the error says? Also, do you notice any similar issues with any other app? Regardless, you can try the following steps:

Restart your Chromecast with Google TV.
Make sure your Chromecast is up-to-date on its firmware.
Clear the cached app data on your Chromecast.
Uninstall and re-install the Prime Video app.
Contact Prime Video Support to see if they are aware of any issues.
