HI , my chromecast audio is not showing in the cast menu on my laptop. It shows on other laptops/ devices and works with no problems. I have tried all the trouble shooting steps Google suggest but still cant connect . It must be a setting on this pc but cant find it . Any ideas ?

When did this issue start happening?
What OS is that laptop using?
What version of Google Chrome are you using?
Are you connected to the same network band? Either 2.4GHz or 5GHz
