Remote control - TV control not working with correct manufacturer

Hi,

I have the same configuration as RichTea (see subject) as I have purchased a Chromecast with Google TV to control my Optoma CinemaX P2 projector.

I have been able to control on/off the projector but it is not working with the volume.

The codes working with this projector are the following:

Hey there Phil10,

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! This issue can occur when your particular model of projector isn't fully compatible with the Chromecast with Google TV. This is something that Google will have to add compatibility for. If you don't mind, would you be able to submit feedback via Google TV to let Google know what projector you own and what buttons aren't working? In the meantime, it may be worth using IR instead of HDMI-CEC in the Voice Remote settings, or perhaps trying the virtual remote.
