Chrome cast crash

I have had my 4K google chrome cast for about 2 months now and I’ve had issues with it randomly turning off and restarting even while idle.

I have reset rebooted the device, updated all apps changes the provided cord and or power supply even used a multi power supply that can provide up to 3 Amps of current and still having issues.

internet connection is full strength and have tried using other tvs and PowerPoints on a completely different RCD and Circuit breaker curcuit.

if I could get any help that would be awesome

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that crashing issue? If not, I'd be happy to help figure this out. Now, when the Chromecast crashes, what is the LED light doing on the Chromecast dongle? If the Chromecast encounters an error, it could appear via the LED light. Also, does the device feel warm to the touch? It could be a possibility that the Chromecast is overheating, causing a restart.
