i cant find a app to work with my phone so i can control chromecast and i cant find the codectovwork with the tv are pair

To control Chromecast's settings, use the voice remote and the on screen settings. Some settings are only available by tapping your Chromecast in the Google Home app.

As for power, input, and volume control using the voice remote, it would be impossible for Google to list absolutely every TV brand/manufacturer. You can use some trial and error by selecting the other manufacturer's listed. Alternatively, try a Google search or see if they have forums to see if someone else may have found one that works for your brand of TV.
