Hi I wonder someone can help me on below matter I have Phillips 4k ultra hd tv I bought 3 years ago now I am having problem casting you tube I can play the videos but sounds is mute. I reset my tv many times but problem still persist. Even I tried different device to connect my tv still no sound.you tube teller to reinstall the apps the problem is I can't uninstall apps from my phone.

Anyone have any idea?

If your phone is not routed, certain applications cannot always be uninstalled.

What you can do, though, is to uninstall their updates, restart the phone, and reinstall the latest version of the application you want.

No matter what I did my there is no sounds still while I am playing the video from YouTube.

Have you enabled HDMI CEC both on TV and the Google Chromecast with Google TV?

How is your Google Chromecast with Google TV volume remote buttons set-up? They are set to control the TV volume or the Chromecast volume?
