Chromecast keeps going idle

Brand new chromecast - casting from Chrome to TV and after about 2-5 minutes it keeps going idle.

Internet is stable for everything else.

Any thoughts?

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that idle issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know it's pretty annoying when your shows keep getting interrupted! Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
If you're casting from a computer, is the computer going to sleep?
What color is the LED light on the Chromecast when this happens?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
