I have a new internet provider and wi-fi network. Chromecast (gen 3) plugged into TV. TV shows "can't connect to Wi-FI" . code F6A5. TV also shows name of old (prior) network at&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;I&gt;bottom&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;right of screen.&amp;nbsp; I think the chromecast device (lugged into my TV) is stubbornly looking for my prior wi-fi and ineternet network..&amp;nbsp; I have been trying for hours trawling through troubleshooting directions to no avail.&amp;nbsp; Any help is appreciated&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. If&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3NaZ3E7" target="_blank"&gt;factory reset&lt;/A&gt; can’t be done from the Google Home app, try to do it directly from the Chromecast device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
