My Google TV remote won’t work. I kept on putting on new batteries and it was just heating up not working. It just won’t work

Hiya Anthonyh909,

Outside of replacing the batteries, making sure the remote is up-to-date on its firmware, and factory resetting the remote, there isn't much more a user can do. Let me know if you've attempted all of those steps, and if the problem still persists. However, you also mentioned the remote is heating up. How hot is it getting? Is it uncomfortable to touch? If so, we may need to get that remote replaced ASAP.
