Hello,

my Google account was set up in the uk. I have read previous posts saying that if you set up an account abroad you can change your location via play store but I am on ios now so how do I do this? I am based in Australia now.

cannot download the apps I want to use for tv

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. You can install the Chrome browser app to visit the Playstore website and follow the same steps from this link.

I never managed to access it through the chrome app. I set up a new payment profile for Australia as this was a suggestion. It said it can take 48hours to take affect so I will try today. If not I may just set up a new Google account for using devices which is a bit annoying.

I’m sorry for the trouble. You will use the Chrome browser to visit the website: https://play.google.com and from there you can proceed in applying the changes.
