Clappr is a plugin that adds Chromecast support on Chrome browser. As with all apps running on Chromecast it requires the Google Cast extension installed on the browser.

Does your casting work fine when you disable Clappr? If so, that's all I can suggest. Unfortunately, we don't provide support for 3rd Party casting extensions here. You may find more assistance by reaching out to the Clappr developers.
