Chromecast keeps disconnecting

Hi lve had chromecast a while now.it keeps disconnecting from wifi.l.have tried everything l can think of. The WiFi is right next to each other. I reset it yesterday and its gone again.lm really frustrated with it.please help.

I’m sorry for the trouble — let’s see what’s going on. A few questions: what Chromecast device are you using? What is the exact message on the TV screen? When did it start? Were there recent changes to your network? Also, could you tell us how you reset your Chromecast?

Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

Reboot your Wi-Fi router.
Reboot your Chromecast.
Remove anything that may be causing interference.
If you haven’t done so, try a factory reset, then re-setup.
