&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. A few questions: what&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/32CNzyi" target="_blank"&gt;Chromecast device&lt;/A&gt; are you using? You said nothing happened after restarting and doing a factory reset; does that mean the TV screen is still stuck on the same image even after taking those actions? Could you share a photo?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;Plug your Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your TV and Wi-Fi router.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your Chromecast device directly via power.&lt;/LI&gt;
