Prime Video not playing through Chromecast with Google TV. It just loads then displays an error. H

Prime Video not playing through Chromecast with Google TV. It just loads then displays an error. However, prime works when casting a movie from phone. Already tried clearing cache, reinstalling, and restarting the device but still not working.

It displays this error (see attached) after loading bar for a minute or 2.

Is this problem occurring only with the Prime Video app and not any other app? If that's the case, and you've already cleared the cached, reinstalled, and restarted your Chromecast device, you may need to reach out to Prime Video support to see if they are aware of any issues on their end.
