Pairing the remote problem

I can not pair the remote and the chrome cast device. I tried many several times but there is no solution, the remote signal is always stable and it does not shine

I'm assuming your Chromecast is already setup?

Try these steps:

Remove the batteries from the remote.
Check that the batteries have charge remaining (i.e., test them in another device).
Using your phone or other remote to navigate, go to Settings > Remotes & Accessories.
Select your remote and choose to Forget it.
Choose Pair remote accessory to start a new pairing.
While holding down the home button, reinsert the batteries.
Continue to hold the button while the light is solid.
When the light starts pulsing, release the home button.
The remote should be detected on the right side of the screen. Use your alternate remote to select it to pair it.

In most cases, your remote will pair automatically after you insert the batteries. If it doesn’t, follow the steps on the TV screen, or press and hold the Back and Home buttons on the remote for 3 seconds.
