Hey guys, so something happened to my Chromecast with Google TV just now. When I turn it on, it starts up with a Google Logo, then it displays nothing unless I press the Assistant button, when i say "Open You Tube." It says "can't open apps on this device." at first, then I say "open Spotify." it works somehow. So my main problem is that it can't show home screen. (Sorry for my bad English lol)

I know how challenging it is when you're having issues on your Chromecast with Google TV. To confirm, is it happening to other video services like Netflix? What is the color of the LED light on your Chromecast with Google TV? Have you tried using a different HDMI port?

Please reboot your Chromecast with Google TV, router, and TV by disconnecting it from the power source and leave it unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, check if your device will have the same behavior.
