      <title>HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a chromcast I bought 6 months ago and the screen keeps cutting out.&amp;nbsp; I've asked for a warranty replacement and after sitting on hold for a solid hour was told to send a 45 second video which I did.&amp;nbsp; Then crickets from there.&amp;nbsp; I asked to confirm it was receive and no response to several emails.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Called again and after more hold time was told this was a know issue and they won't replace it until they know the replacement won't also be an issue.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I asked to speak to a supervisor and this was refused.&amp;nbsp; The agent then hung up on me.&amp;nbsp; Apauling and this person should be fired&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
