Unable to Cast on Chromecast Gen 1

Hi there,

We are not able to cast to Gen 1. The app is loading but the playback doesn't happen and the app closes.

What is the Chrome version used by Gen 1?
Does ES6 supported by it?

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. A few questions: do you see the Ambient mode (screensaver) on the TV? What is this app that you’re trying to cast? Are you getting any messages? Is this only happening in one app or across all apps? What steps have you taken?

Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

Reinstall the app.
Test with another phone/device to isolate.
Reboot your phone/device, Chromecast and Wi-Fi router.
Try a factory reset, then re-setup.
