Live classes in Peloton Google TV app not working

We have the Chromecast HD and have downloaded the Peloton app. Live classes won't play, only the classes in their library. Any thoughts?

Hi RetaP,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. A few questions: Did you install this app from the Playstore or a different source? Is this happening only on this app or on all/multiple apps? What steps have you taken?

Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

If the app came from the Playstore, delete it and then reinstall it.
Reboot your Chromecast device.
Try a factory reset, then re-setup.
If it still persists on this app alone, contact the app developer.
