chromecast remote ligth always on and not working

My Chromecast Voice Remote has the ligth constantly on and doesnt work. Cant even factory reset. Try everything in the instructions of the webpage of google https://support.google.com/chromecast/answer/12934376?hl=en.

Luckyly for me i have another in the other room and i used that controler to set up chromcast. But I only have 1 controller for 2 tvs.

I dont know if it is bad and i need to ask for a change. Unluckily i live in Latin America, Ecuador Quito. So sending it back to amazon would be problematic for a 60$ product.

Can i buy another remote or do someone have an idea of how to fix it. Please dont repeat the same as in the page i put the link.
