How or Can you update your Chromecast or how do you tell if your Chromecast has the most current update???

I do not know what Generation it is... so im just guessing 1st Gen..

All Chromecast devices auto-update as long as you leave them plugged in and connected to your network.

You don't have to do anything to make those updates happen.
