Hi,I bought the device (Choromecast with Google Tv)from America and I am using it in Turkey. The last time I wanted to use it, when I touch and open the Chromecast application on a Samsung TV, only the big Google logo appears on the screen and the application does not open. As far as I read from the forums, I plugged the power cable by holding the tiny white button on the device, the yellow light turned white after a while, but the problem did not change again, I ask you to help please.

I understand that when you buy this type of product, it is very difficult or impossible to get technical support, if you have a problem with the product, you have to throw it away.
