Is there any way to forget a wifi you can connect to?

My chromecast keeps trying to connect to my neighbor's wifi, which is a lot stronger than our own, but unfortunately we don't know the password and can't make it permanently forget it. Is there any way to forget the network without being connected to it?

You will probably just have to do a Factory Reset and then setup your Chromecast device again.

If you can't do it through the Home app, you can do it by pressing and holding the button on the Chromecast.

Then, just do the setup steps again.
