Built-in TV chromecast won’t work

I have a LOGIK TV with built-in chromecast. I’ve not been able to use it through any of my Apple devices (all I have). My devices don’t even register my TV in the chromecast drop down list when I click on the chromecast icon.

I am real sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that Chromecast issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out! I know how much of a headache connection issues can be, just let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
Are you able to see the Chromecast device with any devices at all?
What version of the Google Home app are you using?
Are you on the same network band as the Chromecast? Either 2.4Gz or 5GHz
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
