Chromecast connects but can’t stream

My chromecast connects to my phone fine. I can open an app (Disney for example), hit cast and it pulls up the Disney Home Screen. When I go to select content it looks like it is going to stream but then it goes back to the Disney homepage and says select content.

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out.

A few questions: is it only happening when casting Disney+, or all cast enabled apps? Have you tried casting from a different phone/device? What are the troubleshooting steps you’ve done?
