Disconnecting porblem.

This crome cast is play any thing and get back to reconnecting in 3or 4 minutes so please help for me get out this problem.

Unplug the router from the mains power grid for about 5 minutes then plug it back in.

Unplug the Chromecast device from the mains power grid for about 5 minutes then plug it back in.

Use the original power that came with the Chromecast device.
