Same here. I came to this site to find a solution. Two out of my three chromecast voice remotes are not working. I have done all the troubleshooting steps to no avail.

Hi folks,

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. What Chromecast device are we working on? Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

Plug in your Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
Reboot your TV and Wi-Fi router.
Remove and replace the batteries on your Chromecast Voice Remote.
Reset your Chromecast Voice Remote.
Reset your Chromecast.
Try using another network.
