When did this issue start happening?
Are you trying to cast from an app or a website?
Are you able to cast the channel from another device, such as a phone, computer, or tablet?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

On a side note, if this issue is only happening with one specific channel, it may be worth it to reach out to Global TV support as well.
