The picture using Chromecast does not fit my Phillips TV screen.

It depends on what your actual problem is. If you are finding that the picture is cut-off, that is normally the TV's fault. Check your TV settings for aspect-ratio and overscan. Sometimes TVs just call it something like Video Modes and give you lots of options.
