Chromecast google tv with Bluetooth speaker

I want to connect Chromecast with google tv to a projector and use Bluetooth speaker.

Should I expect sound delay in such configuration?

That depends on the performance of the built-in Bluetooth hardware of your speakers and if there are other devices in the vicinity susceptible to cause interferences.

Generally you would want to place your speakers well within the rage of the Bluetooth source device and ensure a good signal transmission by minimizing interferences.

Alternatively, if the speakers have RCA / Jack inputs, you can use a Bluetooth audio receiver with RCA / jack outputs, placed very close to the Chromecast device and send the signal to the speakers through audio cables.

For an improved sound quality I can also suggest a high quality Audio DAC with USB input connected to the Chromecast device via USB-C powered hub.
