Bug en chromecast 4k despues de actualizarse, logo google tv bug

Mi Chromecast con Google Tv se detuvo al actualizarse.

- Apagué el dispositivo de la corriente, lo dejé durante 24 horas desenchufado. Cuando traté de encenderlo, se atascó en el logotipo de GoogleTv.

- Intenté el hard reset, sosteniendo la parte inferior como dice google, pero la luz amarilla nunca apareció, solo se quedó en la luz blanca.

¿Me puedes ayudar?

Hi JORDAN08,

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. Since the factory reset failed, try to disconnect your Chromecast device completely from the TV and power and give it a 24-hour rest. The objective is to fully drain any static power left on the chipset/motherboard of the Chromecast device. Let us know how it goes.

Yo tengo el mismo problema y eso no me funcionó. Estoy hace 5 o 6 meses ya con este problema
