Chromecast not able to link home app

Hi All

I am unable to see Chromecast in my home app. Chromecast is connecting to the router and my phone is on the same network, but still google home app is not seeing Chromecast . I have tried doing factory reset lot of times but still the same issue

My phone : one plus 8

Android version : 11 oxygen

Please let me know if you need any more information

FYI I'm getting exact same after removing the chromecast audio and attempting to re-add to my Google Home network (on android phone). Google home finds, connects and attempts to add the chromecase audio but then says "Could not communicate with your Chromecast"

Just rebooted my phone and it worked 🙂
