Locking chrome cast

I have an external chrome cast with my Samsung tv that I cast from google slides.

1) Is there a way to block others from casting to that tv

2) my chromebook is set to loop and never sleep, but the chrome cast allows it to sleep and shows pictures

HELP!!

1) No, there is no way to lock a Chromecast device. They are designed specifically to be open to anyone that is on the same network as them. The only way to keep people off your Chromecast device is to keep them off your network.

2) I am sorry, I do not understand this point.
