Chromecast stuck on G logo

Hello,

i have the latest Chromecast.

Everything was going fine with it, but when i returned from vacation it didnt work anymore. Its stuck in the G logo and doesnt do anything. Tried everything: other tv, factory reset (stays on white), etc. No différence…

can someone help?
