&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Select your remote and choose to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Forget &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Choose &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Pair remote accessory &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;to start a new pairing.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;While holding down the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;home&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; button, reinsert the batteries.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Continue to hold the button while the light is solid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When the light starts pulsing, release the home button.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The remote should be detected on the right side of the screen. Use your alternate remote to select it to pair it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In most cases, your remote will pair automatically after you insert the batteries. If it doesn’t, follow the steps on the TV screen, or press and hold the Back and Home buttons on the remote for 3 seconds.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I packed everything in the original box and now I started setting up the Chromecast in the new tv, however the remote is not working. I tried replacing the batteries, plugging off and on again. I can use my phone as a remote. On the settings on Tv of the chromecast, my remote is seen as disconnected. I tried pairing it again. But when I hold the home and back buttons on the remote. No light ever was shown. Should I just replace it or can it be saved?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;nice try might luck out once or twice even&amp;nbsp; but&amp;nbsp; I have attempt to reset and pair 3 times a day at least and it doesnt&amp;nbsp; help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;If I couldn't use my phone&amp;nbsp; the complete&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;package would be useless&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I want to return my device for a refund. But&amp;nbsp; that will never happen&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Google you ghost your loyal customers and it'd not right&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I should not be proud of yourselves&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Annoyed in ontario&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
