Third party Remote pairing problem

I have mi box 4k remote and now I went to use this remote with Chromecast 4k . Chromecast doesn't show the remote when I try to connect the remote. Please Help me to solve this issue

Thanks for reaching out. That certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s check out what’s going on. A few questions: were you able to link it before, or is this the first time? Is the Chromecast Voice Remote working? Are you able to link other Bluetooth devices? Aside from attempting to link it, what other troubleshooting have you tried so far? Try to remove the battery from your Mi Box 4K remote and follow the steps below on how to link it:

From the Google TV home screen, at the top right, go to the profile picture or initial and select Settings.
Select Remote and Accessories Pair remote or accessory.
Make sure the device is in pairing mode or is visible to other devices.
Identify the device the customer wants to pair from the list and select it.
On the Bluetooth pairing request screen, select Pair.
